Summary: Things were pretty good. The two things that were kinda not up to the level were one the housekeeping and two the buffet breakfast ( both the taste and the logistics)

Summary: The room was a disappointment as when booking online it listed a rollaway bed as an option however upon checking in, the room was too small to accommodate. No upgrades available to better fit our family. The breakfast was sub-par with taste and exceptionally busy after 830. The tater tots were old, cold and dry… the juices were gross and watery and maybe even mixed with each other? A few items such as toilet paper, a crib, and toothbrushes were asked for several times but took nearly 10hrs to receive. The room was very clean and so was the hotel. The location was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. The only small issue i would highlight is that it would get very crowded at breakfast time. At times it would be even difficult to get a table. But apart from that, everything was good. The buffet breakfast was also really good.

Summary: An excellent experience and location very good. One negative experience was breakfast which was hectic; there did not seem to be any organisational flow as all guests seemed to be in each other’s way due to the layout and lack of space.

Summary: The Hotel is well located and within easy walking distance of China Town, Old Montreal and the attractions at the Old Port. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Housekeeping left much to be desired. We stayed for four nights and except for one day, had to ask to have our room made up when nothing was done by late afternoon. Coffee and other supplies were not replaced without request. Weirdly, our king bed was made up with a queen top sheet. Request for a proper sized sheet were ignored. Breakfast was included but but was a zoo, hardly worth the aggravation. Finding a table, never mind a clean one, was a challenge as was finding plates and cutlery on more than one occasion.

Summary: Hotel was awesome and walking distance to old Montreal and port area. 7 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral. There is a lot of homeless people on the area, however never a bother. Something I’m use to living in a major city like Toronto. Breakfast was good just difficult to find a spot to eat. Kids enjoyed pool on the 6th floor rooftop. Great stay.

Summary: We were in town for a music festival and the location was very convenient with good access to the subway. The hotel was very busy but the room was clean and comfortable with good beds. The only negative was the extremely crowded breakfast space. With no limit on the number of people in the area, getting food and finding a table was at times impossible.
